DAVE THE DIVER update 1.28 (version 1.028) is available to download on PS4, PC, Xbox and PS5. According to the official Dave the Diver 1.28 patch notes, the latest update brings ‘Ichiban’s Holiday’ improvements. Apart from this, Dave the Diver version 1.28 (1.028.000) also includes stability fixes.

Improved the control and button input system based on user feedback
- Improved Special Move activation from simultaneous key input to single key input
- Keyboard: Ctrl

- XBOX, Nintendo Switch: B Button
- PlayStation: O Button
- Increased character movement speed
- Reduced delay on character basic attacks
- Fixed an input issue where pressing jump and attack simultaneously did not work sometimes
Since the last major update, players have been experiencing multiple issues and bugs. Hopefully, today’s DAVE THE DIVER update 1.28 addresses some of these issues. The upcoming Dave the Diver update 1.29 will fix the remaining issues.
