Dauntless update 1.82 (1.10.2) is now available to download on PS4, Xbox One, and PC players. According to the official Dauntless 1.82 patch notes, the latest added new anniversary event, quality of life changes and improvements. Apart from this, Dauntless version 1.81 also includes performance fixes.
Previously, a big update added a new variant Behemoth, a new Omnicell, a new Glider Challenges, and much more
Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues while playing the game online. Today’s Dauntless version 1.82 will fix these issues.

ANNIVERSARY EVENT: LEGEND OF THE FIRST SLAYER
The statue of the First Slayer stands as a reminder. As Slayers, it’s up to us to keep the Shattered Isles safe. It’s up to us to stand against the Behemoth threat.
Visit Markus Boehr in Ramsgate to embark on a quest to honour the First Slayer and confront the original eight Behemoth species. Then, relive the legendary battle against both Shrowd and Rezakiri in a brand new event hunt: First Slayer’s Legacy.
Brave Slayers can earn the fiery Firelight sword skin, but only the most impressive will unlock the new Firelight crown. You must unlock Slayer’s Path Milestone V: Light the Way to participate.
SUNLIGHT CHAMPION
The pure white dye returns. Sunlight Champion is now available in Lady Luck’s shop for 500 Gilded Marks. Complete objectives in Dauntless Trials to earn Gilded Marks.
RETURN TO LIGHT: THE STORY CONTINUES
Finally, one of Ramsgate’s allies is able to lend a hand. Find out how the Scarred Master and her monks are connected to the growing surge of radiant aether.
QUALITY OF LIFE
NEW SLAYER QUEST UPDATES
- Removed combat merit rewards from the first four introductory quests.
- Increased the amount of combat merits rewarded by later main quests.
BUG FIXES
CHAIN BLADES
- Fixed an issue where the Reaper’s Dance special would sometimes cause collision issues and impact aiming.
OBJECTIVES
- Fixed all instances of objectives connecting to incorrect versions of a Behemoth.
- Behemoth Mastery cards now display the correct names in all Mastery objectives.
COSMETICS
- Fixed an issue where equipping the Marauder’s coat would cause clipping when paired with many arm skins.
UI
- The Acid Drake’s Eye lantern transmog now has the correct icon.
- Fixed some issues where localised text would run off screen.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Fixed an issue where the camera could get stuck during the NPC interactions.

We’re taking a look at how new Slayers are trained in the Shattered Isles. This first set of changes are small, but set the groundwork for what’s to come. Now, combat merits are introduced once a player has a need for them and knows what they do. The goal is to make sure all new players have clear goals to work toward from first signing in to completing Heroic Escalation.
