Darkest Dungeon 2 update (Build Number 1.00.50754) is available to download on PC. According to Darkest Dungeon 2 patch notes, the latest update adds gameplay changes and fixes. Apart from this, the Darkest Dungeon 2 patch 1.0 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a Darkest Dungeon 2 patch addressed an issue with the Fanatic Librarian kill achievement not counting when ignited.
