[Diablo 2 Resurrected] D2R update 2.4.1.3 (4.27) is now available to download on PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox One. According to the official D2R patch notes, the latest update addressed a bug related to the ‘Confine Mouse Cursor’ option. Apart from this, D2R patch 2.4.1.3 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a major update added class balance changes, Mercenary changes, new Horadric Cube Recipes, bug fixes, and more. Recently, a hotfix 2.4.1.3 was also released.
Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are experiencing several issues with the game. Today’s D2R patch 2.4.1.3 will address a few of these issues. Read more details below.

Bug Fixes
- Addressed a bug where the ‘Confine Mouse Cursor’ option would re-enable whenever a cinematic is viewed
- Fixed an issue where having Fist of the Heavens bound could impede your ability to pick up items
- Addressed a nig where text to speech was not working properly
