D2R Update 1.06 Patch Notes (1.006) for PS4, PS5, & Xbox – Oct 18, 2021

D2R console update 1.06 (1.006) released on PS4, PS5, and Xbox One. According to the official D2R 1.06 patch notes, the latest update brings queue functionality to consoles. This queue will pop up after the title screen when opening up the game. The queue will only appear during high traffic windows. Apart from this, today’s D2R patch 1.06 (1.006.000) also includes performance improvements.

Previously, an update was released with various bug fixes and gameplay changes. Recently, hotfix was also released.

Unfortunately, players are still experiencing server issues.  Today’s D2R update 1.06 will address a few of these issues. Read more details below.

D2R 1.06 Patch Notes (1.006.000)

• Added a Login Queue for high traffic periods.
• Players will be shown a number on where they are in the queue.
• Players will have the option of exiting the queue and playing offline immediately if they wish by hitting “Escape” on the queue prompt.
• You should note that the higher your queue number appears, the slower the number will refresh in the prompt.

The number is still refreshing in the background, so we do not recommend leaving the queue as this will create further delays to you entering the game during these high traffic windows.
