Cyberpunk 2077 update 2.1 details are now available for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Cyberpunk 2.1 patch notes, the upcoming update will add various new features and changes. Additionally, CP2077 update 2.1 also includes a new “Accessibility” tab in the game settings, centralizing all accessibility options.
Previously, a big Cyberpunk 2077 update 1.60 added free DLCs, as well as content inspired by Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Unfortunately, some players are still experiencing issues with the game. CP2077 update 2.1 will fix a few of these issues.

- Colorblind Modes: Update includes three colorblind options – Protanopia, Deuteranopia, and Tritanopia.
- Subtitles Enhancement: Players can enable cinematic, radio, and overhead subtitles with adjustable sizes and background opacity for better readability.
- Text Size Options: Six size options for text and five for overhead subtitles, ranging from size 32 to 62.
- Background Opacity Adjustment: A slider to adjust the opacity of cinematic subtitles for improved visibility.
- Aim Assist Settings: Three levels of aim assist for different combat scenarios – melee, vehicle, and ranged combat.
- Snap to Target Feature: A toggle for target snapping when using firearms.
- Additive Camera Motions: Reduces secondary camera movements to help players with motion sickness.
- Weapon Sway Customization: Option to toggle weapon sway effect.
- Controller Vibration Adjustment: Players can set the vibration level of their controller.
- Center of Screen Dot Overlay: Adds a dot in the screen center to prevent motion sickness.
- User Interface Haptic Feedback: Toggle to disable haptic feedback in the user interface.
- Larger Fonts in User Interface: Increases font sizes in tooltips, settings screens, loading tips, inventory, and more.
- Hacking Minigame Time Limit Removal: Disables the timer in the Breach Protocol minigame.
- Larger HUD Elements: Increases HUD size for better readability.
- Removal of HUD Visual Effects: Eliminates chromatic aberration effect from the HUD.
- Reduction of HUD Decorative Elements: Hides non-essential elements for clearer gameplay visibility.
- Removal of HUD Lens Distortion: Disables lens distortion effect in the HUD.
- Weapon Cycling to Arm Cyberware: Option to toggle cycling to arm cyberware when switching weapons.
- Adaptive Triggers and Trigger Effect Intensity Control: For DualSense controllers, a toggle and slider to control adaptive triggers and intensity.
