Cyberpunk 2077 Update 1.06 Patch Notes (Cyberpunk 1.06)

A new Cyberpunk 2077 update 1.06 hotfix will soon roll out for PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One players. According to Cyberpunk 1.06 patch notes, the update will address various issues related to crashes, lag, stability, and more. Apart from this, Cyberpunk update 1.06 also includes performance improvements.

Previously, a big hotfix 1.04 and hotfix 1.05 were released for console and PC players. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues with the game. Cyberpunk version 1.06 will address a few of these issues.

Cyberpunk 1.06 Patch Notes (Updating)

Quests

  • Dum Dum will no longer go missing from Totentanz entrance during Second Conflict.

Console-specific

  • Improved memory management and stability, resulting in fewer crashes.

PC-specific

  • Removed the 8 MB save file size limit. Note: this won’t fix save files corrupted before the update.

[New] Fixed an issue where players unable to leave the settings menu.

Workaround –

1. Close Application.
2. Upon restart, you may see an error notification about corrupted data: press “OK”.
3. From this moment you should be able to change the settings with no issues.

  • Addressed various issues with NPCs in the game.
  • Addressed missing conversation issues.
  • Fixed issues with animations and cinematics issues.
  • Further improvements added to reflections quality.
  • Fixed the smudge effect problem on consoles.
  • Addressed various crashes on PC and consoles.
  • Other minor fixes.
