Cult of the Lamb Update 1.32 Patch Notes (Version 1.000.032)

Cult of the Lamb game update 1.32 (1.5.16) is available to download on PS4, PS5(1.000.032), PC and Xbox. According to the official Cult of the Lamb patch notes, the latest update resolves black screens, soft locks, follower animation issues, missing items, and several broken achievements. Additionally, Cult of the Lamb patch 1.000.032 also fixes localization errors, quest restoration, and item-drop.

Cult of the Lamb Patch 1.32 Notes – January 26, 2026

General Fixes

• Resolved black screen issue on macOS caused by a missing cinematic.

• Fixed cases where the player could die after certain boss fights.

• Corrected an issue where the player became stuck and unable to attack.

• Fixed multiple soft locks, including those involving rot enemies, lost soul deposits to Yngya, and Silk Cradle room transitions.

Achievements

• Maker of Legends now triggers correctly and will auto-complete for users who already own all legendary weapons.

• Full Flock now triggers properly even without Woolhaven skins.

• Tarot card menu display corrected when Woolhaven content is not owned.

• Full Deck now triggers correctly without Woolhaven.

Localization

• Restored missing characters in Chinese (Traditional) and Chinese (Simplified).

Items & Progression

• Restored missing final Talisman for affected players.

• Fixed Charged Shards incorrectly dropping as coins.

• Resolved issue preventing Gofernon from appearing at the base.

• Fixed a progression blocker caused by missing special Wool.

Followers & Quests

• Fixed followers not moving or animating.

• Prevented Chosen One eggs from becoming rotten and added fallback recovery for affected users.

• Restored missing Chosen One quests.

Previously, a big Cult of the Lamb update resolved issues related to Godhood achievements, video black screen bug and more. Recently, a hotfix was also released. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues with the game. Today’s Cult of the Lamb patch 1.32 will address a few of these issues.
