Counter Strike 2 (CS2) update is rolling out on PC. According to the official CS2 update patch notes, the latest update brings quality-of-life changes. Today’s CS2 patch also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a major CSGO update 1.38.4.0 added Anubis and removed Dust II to Active Duty. Recently, a hotfix was also released. Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues while playing the game. Today’s CS2 patch will fix a few of these issues. Check out more details below.

Graphics Updates
Black Feet Through Scope Issue
Rectified an issue where feet appeared black when viewed through a scope.
Memory Leak from Particles
Plugged a memory leak caused by particle effects.
Animation Fixes
Hitbox Alignment
Aligned hitboxes properly to fix several bugs.
Knife Spin Speed
Adjusted knife spinning to match the speed in CS:GO.
M4A4 and M4A1-S Bolt Animation
Corrected the bolt animation during M4A4 and M4A1-S deployment.
Silencer Toggle and Weapon Inspect
Resolved a bug where weapon inspect could disrupt the silencer toggle animation.
Map Adjustments
Mirage, Vertigo, and Nuke
Implemented various bug fixes and tweaks for these maps.
Miscellaneous Changes
“Looking to Play” Bugs
Ironed out several issues with the “Looking to Play” feature.
Weapon Finishes and Stickers
Made various fixes and adjustments to weapon finishes and stickers.
Loadout Changes Save Issue
Fixed a bug that prevented loadout changes from saving if the game closed shortly after modifications.
Steam Friends’ Match Status
Resolved delays and missing information in Steam Friends’ match status.
CPU Performance for Weapon Tracers
Enhanced CPU performance specifically for weapon tracers.
Chengdu Datacenter
Introduced an official matchmaking datacenter in Chengdu, China.
