Conan Exiles update 2.16 is available to download on PS4, PC, PS5, and Xbox One. According to the official Conan Exiles 2.16 patch notes, Conan Exiles December 2025 update fixes purge landclaim issues, improved Sacrificial Blood efficiency, and added three new summoning rituals. Building and crafting now auto-pull materials, and Transporter Stone corruption is drastically reduced. Apart from this, today’s Conan Exiles patch 2.16 also resolves stability and gameplay performance issues.
