Conan Exiles update 2.15 is available to download on PS4, PC, PS5, and Xbox One. According to the official Conan Exiles 2.15 patch notes, Conan Exiles’ September 2025 update increases Larval Horrors’ attack range in the Dark Dregs, disables door-opening for house pets, and restores machine object buttons. Apart from this, today’s Conan Exiles patch 2.15 also resolves issues related to the controller-based bed spawn selection, falling through the world in the Dregs with Event System off, and Set’s Antidote no longer blocking Corruption from certain items.

Changes
- Larval Horrors in the Dark Dregs’ final encounter have a larger attack range.
- House Pets (ie, cats, turtles, etc) can no longer open doors
- Restored the start/stop button for “Machine” style objects (Compost Bin, Grinder, etc)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to select the “Bed” spawn point while dead when using a controller
- Fixed falling out of the world when entering the Dregs with the Event System disabled
- Consuming Set’s Antidote no longer prevents Corruption from being applied when wielding certain items
Previously, a major Conan Exiles update 2.08 added new companions with unique perks, improves thrall functionality in settlements, and removes the Battle Pass system.. Today’s Conan Exiles version 2.15 will address all these issues. More fixes and changes are coming with Conan Exiles update 2.16.
