Conan Exiles update 2.12 is available to download on PS4, PC, PS5, and Xbox One. According to the official Conan Exiles 2.12 patch notes, the latest update addresses an issue on PlayStation where players were unable to continue any co-op game if they had active save games on both Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah. Apart from this, today’s Conan Exiles patch 2.12 also removes unintended rewards as loot from chests.
Conan Exiles 2.12 Patch Notes (Updated) – April 22, 2025
- Liu Fei: Eyes of the Innocent and the Ancient Rhino Horn can now be obtained once more
- PlayStation: Fixed an issue where players were unable to continue any co-op game if they had active save games on both Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah
- Sound in the Dregs Dungeon has been restored
- Living Settlement thralls now correctly obey “Disable Thrall Use” settings
- Removed unintended rewards as loot from chests (but keep an eye out in the future!)
- Added general stability fixes.
- Addressed game crashing issues on PS4.
- Added gameplay performance improvements.
- Other minor tweaks.
- Previously, a major Conan Exiles update 2.08 added new companions with unique perks, improves thrall functionality in settlements, and removes the Battle Pass system.. Today’s Conan Exiles version 2.12 will address all these issues. More fixes and changes are coming with Conan Exiles update 2.13.
