Conan Exiles update 2.4.6 (June 30, 2021) is now available for PC and Xbox One players. According to the official Conan Exiles patch notes, the latest hotfix brings some minor changes to the game.
Previously, a big update was released with various bug fixes and gameplay changes.

Conan Exiles PC 2.4.6 Changelog (June 24, 2021)
Added a temporary fix for the Stability issues introduced into the game after the 2.4.6 update.
The game dev have disabled the following setting ‘dw.DisableBuildingValidation’. This has been set to 1 by default for now, as private server admins can change the setting to 0 to enable this setting again.
