A new Chivalry 2 update 1.26 (2.8.1) is available to download on PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Chivalry 2 2.8.1 patch notes, the latest update reverted a change to constructable placement limitations having an effect on multiple maps. Apart from this, Chivalry 2 version 1.26 (1.022) also addressed further admin permission exploits
Previously, a major update added the sprawling new Team Objective map The Raid on Aberfell, the huge new Highland Sword and much more. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the last major patch. Today’s Chivalry 2 patch 1.26 will address a few of these errors.

Chivalry 2 Update 2.8.1 Patch Notes – May 15, 2023
General
- Reverted a change to constructable placement limitations having an effect on multiple maps
- Addressed further admin permission exploits
- Fixed an issue where votekicks would not commit reliably
- Fixed an issue where XP and Campaign progression would not save after match conclusion
Crossparties
- Localization fix for missing text in regards unfriending Native Platform friends
- Fixed an issue where the party leader would fail to join a match but other party members would be able to join said match
- Fixed an issue where accepting 2 party invites in quick succession would cause a crash
