CarX Drift Update 2.18.0 Patch Notes for PC & (PS4 v1.26)

CarX Drift update 1.26 (2.18.0) details are now available for PS4 and Xbox One. According to the official CarX Drift 1.26 patch notes, the latest update adds an introduction video at game startup and livery Workshop improvements. Apart from this, CarX Drift version 1.26 also includes car showroom snapshots, track updates, quest system, new cars and bodykits, “Chameleon” material customization, and player collision adjustments.

Previously, a big update added a new mode (TOP-32 championships), new cars, and more. Unfortunately, many players are still experiencing a number of issues while playing the game. Today’s CarX Drift patch 1.26 will fix a few of these issues.

CarX Drift Racing Online version 1.26 patch notes (2.18.0) – August 28, 2023

1. Intro at Game Launch:
   • The CarX branded video will now play at game startup.
2. Livery Workshop Section:
   • Players can now share their own livery in the game.
   • Option to upload already-made liveries from the community list.
   • Livery cloning feature added. Players can clone liveries they made.
   • Liveries downloaded from the workshop cannot be cloned.
   • Option to publish a livery privately, making it available for download by its code but not visible on the workshop for everybody.
3. Snapshots in Car Showroom:
   • Changes to car previews in the garage: Snapshots of cars will show the car’s default state when entering for the first time. Any customization changes will apply to snapshots as well.
4. Improvements and Optimization of Tracks:
   • Updates and improvements to Springstone, Kami Road, East Touge, and Pacific Hills tracks.
5. Quest System:
   • Added a special section where players can complete different tasks and receive rewards.
6. XDS Configurations:
   • XDS configurations added for San Palezzo and Kami Road tracks.
7. Zones of Allowed Deceleration for XDS Configs:
   • On some configurations, special zones regulate the deceleration of the leader in XDS mode on Kami Road and Red Rock tracks.
8. New Cars:
   • Bimmy P24
   • Hornet S72
   • Hwarang
   • Cobra S650
   • Sterling
9. New Bodykits:
   • StreetX bodykit for Piranha
   • StreetX bodykit for Nomand GT
   • StreetX bodykit for Asura GXR
10. Setting a Second Color for “Chameleon” Material:
    • All shades of the “chameleon” material can now be manually customized, regardless of the color palette.
11. Disabling Player Collision When Sending a Report:
    • After sending a report against a player, their car will become transparent to the sender.
12. First-Person Camera Rotation:
    • Changes to the first-person camera rotation.
