Call of Duty update 1.073 is available to download on PS5(version 1.073.000) and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Call of Duty 1.073 patch notes, the latest update fixes voice and UI bugs, improves Zombies augments and Field Upgrades, enhances CDL mode accuracy, and adjusts Ranked Play mechanics in Warzone. Apart from this, COD update 1.073 for Warzone brings general stability and performance improvements.

Global Fixes
General
- Fixed issue where voice chat icons remained visible from previous matches.
- Fixed Social menu bug showing incorrect “At the main menu” status for friends in matches.
Multiplayer
Lobby & Platform Display
- Resolved incorrect platform icon display in the lobby for some players.
Perks
- Fixed an issue preventing players from changing selected Perks using Perk Greed Wildcard.
UI & CDL (CODCaster)
- Resolved bug preventing “How Prestige Works” button access while matchmaking.
- Corrected incorrect stats display when loading into Hardcore matches.
- Fixed wrong enemy icon display when Flak Jacket is equipped.
- CODCaster fixes:
- Player names now display properly in CDL obituary.
- Control point info restored.
- Bomb icons in Search & Destroy fixed.
- Hardpoint hill timer now displays correctly.
Zombies
Perks
- PhD Slider Augment and Tribologist Augment now function correctly after loading saved games.
- Closed exploit allowing use of Multiplayer Perks in Zombies.
- Reactive Armor Augment for Jugger-Nog is under investigation; fix incoming.
Ammo Mods
- Ice Cloud Augment no longer activates without Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod.
- Free Fire: Underbarrel attachments now have a short firing delay.
Field Upgrades
- Frost Blast
- Duration increased from 5s → 10s.
- Kills to charge reduced from 90 → 75.
- Aether Shroud (Extra Charge Augment) now works properly after loading saved games.
Warzone 1.73 Patch Notes
Movement
- Fixed bug causing incorrect aim down sight speeds when prone or crouched.
Ranked Play
- Restock replaces Fire Sale as the Circle 3 public event.
- Disabled emotes in Ranked Play to prevent unfair advantages.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed revive times being longer than intended.
- Fixed Operator voice-over playing without cooldown.
- Resolved issue with “How Prestige Works” button during matchmaking (also affected Multiplayer).
Previously, a major Call of Duty patch 1.064 added new UI, new weapons, map changes and quality of life improvements. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues. Today’s Call of Duty version 1.073 will address a few of these issues.
