Call of Duty Cold War Update 1.43 Patch Notes (1.042)

Call of Duty Cold War update 1.43 (1.042) details released for PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One players. According to the official Cold War 1.43 patch notes, the latest update resolves various issues and added quality life changes. Additionally, Cold War update 1.43 (1.042.000) also includes stability fixes.

Previously, a big update added free content in Multiplayer and Zombies, with The Numbers Event delivering content across both games later in the season. Unfortunately, players are facing login and disconnection issues. Today’s Cold War version 1.43 will fix a few of these issues.

Cold War 1.43 Patch Notes

• Scythe: Progress and Unlock Update

Status: The Scythe melee weapon unlock challenges were unintentionally available for a short time on June 6th, 2022, and were then removed in an update later that morning. Players who unlocked the Scythe prematurely will also note that they will no longer have access to it in loadouts at a later date.

Camo Progress: Players who previously unlocked the Scythe melee will retain their camo progress.

Scythe Release Date: The Scythe is currently scheduled to release later this year with timing subject to change. Make sure to follow Treyarch on Twitter for the latest news and updates.

• Social Tab: Players report UI Errors when navigating friends or recent players.

Bug Fixes

• Addressed stability issues.
• Added gameplay optimizations.
• Various gameplay adjustments added
• Addressed audio-related issues.
• Added performance improvements.
• Other minor fixes.

Known Issues

Players reported receiving UI Error 75666, 73340, or 85118 attempting to access the social menu or when selecting recent players in the Social Menu.
