Blue Prince Update 1.009 Patch Notes (v1.05) – June 18, 2025

Blue Prince update 1.009 (version 1.05) is now available to download on PS5, Xbox and PC. According to official Blue Prince 1.009 patch notes, the latest update introduces quality-of-life improvements, input fixes, floorplan rarity reset functionality, corrected room placement bugs, and updated drafting logic to ensure consistent room behavior across ranks. Apart from this, Blue Prince patch 1.009 (version 1.009.000) also includes stability fixes.

Patch 1.05 Summary (Late Game Adjustments & Bug Fixes)

Resolved input issues and UI inconsistencies in multiple rooms.
Introduced ability to reset floorplan rarity changes via Conservatory.
Adjusted behavior of remote-powered doors; now require button press.
Fixed incorrect symbol in Treasure Trove trunk.
Improved room drafting logic and fixed rank-specific spawning bugs.

General Fixes

Bug Fixes

Fixed bug when opening Parlor boxes too quickly.
Resolved input issue where [Right Arrow] and [A] were incorrectly read as Confirm.
Corrected magnification and font inconsistencies in:
- Library
- Master Bedroom
- Vault
Standardized spelling of Mary Matthew (corrected a typo).

Late Game Fixes & Improvements

Floorplan Rarity

Floorplan rarity resets are now possible.
- Method detailed in the Conservatory menu.
- Can only be reset within the Conservatory.

Remote-Powered Doors

These doors now require a button press to open.
Once opened, they remain permanently unlocked.

Symbol Correction

A Treasure Trove trunk previously showing the moon symbol now correctly shows the sun symbol.
Related blue memo mislabeling corrected.

Room Drafting Logic

Room Placement

Master Bedroom will no longer appear outside the East Wing (Rank 9 fix).

Foundation Room

Fixed bug allowing Foundation to enter draft pool too early after repellent use.
Reduced frequency of Foundation on Ranks 2 and 3.

Rarity Flattening

Corrected outer room drafting oversight on Day One.
Outer room rarities have been slightly flattened overall.

Recently, the Blue Prince version 1.02 added quality of life changes and fixes. The upcoming Blue Prince update 1.009 will address a few of remaining issues.
