Bloodstained Ritual of the Night update 1.51 is now available to download on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. According to the official Bloodstained Ritual of the Night version 1.51 patch notes, the latest update added a new playable Area. Apart from this, Bloodstained patch 1.51 also includes various tweaks and fixes.
Previously, Child of Light update added a new playable character, quality of life changes and more.

New Features
Chaos Mode
- Local or online co-op action
- Play solo, with a friend, or matchmake with other players on the same system
- Fight through randomized rooms to defeat demons and bosses
- Complete challenges before each boss to get powerful upgrades
Versus Mode
- Special PVP mode
- Defeat waves of demons to gain souls
- Spend souls at the central statue to upgrade weapons, armor, or items
- Purchase attacks to negatively affect your opponent (fog, reverse controls, etc.)
- Winner is the player who survives the longest
- Supports local and online play with friends or matchmaking on the same platform
- Note: No cross-platform play for Chaos and Versus Modes
Cosmetic Packs
- Three premium (paid) cosmetic packs for Miriam
- One free cosmetic pack for Miriam automatically added to everyone’s inventory
- Each pack has unique clothing items and weapons with upgradeable stats
- Equipping a complete set enables a special stat bar for that pack
- Premium Cosmetic Pack assets only download after purchase
