BloodRayne 2 Terminal Cut update 1.04 is now available to download on PC (Steam). According to the official BloodRayne 2 patch notes, the latest update resolves some minor issues with the game.
Previously, a major update was released to fix missing music and ambient tracks.

BloodRayne 2 1.04 Patch Notes (Sep 4, 2021)
Button prompts have been updated to use XInput-style controller button icons in place of the original generic PC text prompts.
An FMV cinematic in which Ephemera confronts Rayne now plays in the game in its originally intended place.
An issue where Rayne’s mouth would move while Severin is speaking a specific line of dialog during an in-game cutscene in Club Strages has been fixed.
