Blades of Fire update 1.005.001 (1.5.1) is available to download on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. According to the official Blades of Fire 1.005.001 patch notes, the latest update fixes a compatibility issue affecting save files created prior to Update 2.0. Apart from this, Blades of Fire patch 1.005.001 also fixes a PS5 controller compatibility issue on Steam.

- Fixed a compatibility issue affecting save files created prior to Update 2.0.
- Fixed a potential crash that occured when multiple mods were loaded in the Forge.
- Fixed a PS5 controller compatibility issue on Steam.
- Updated the wording for several graphics options, including Depth of Field and Motion Blur, to improve clarity and avoid misunderstandings.
Previously, a minor Blades of Fire version 1.002.001 addressed major blockers, including saving after defeating Cavimo Rex, tutorial issues, travel book crashes, and random crashes during key battles. Unfortunately, since the release, players have been experiencing several issues. The upcoming Blades of Fire version 1.005.001 will address the remaining issues and bugs.
