Battlefield 5 Update 1.36 Patch Notes (June 25, 2020) (BF5 1.36)

Battlefield 5 version 1.36 (Update 7.1) released on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Battlefield 5 update 1.36 patch notes, the latest update brings various bug fixes and gameplay changes. Apart from this, the new Battlefield V update 1.36 also includes stability and performance improvements.

Previously, a major update 7 was released which added two new maps, nine new weapons, six new vehicles, five new gadgets, and three new types of grenades. Unfortunately, since the last update, many players are still experiencing several issues when trying to play the game. Today’s BFV update 1.36 is expected to fix a few of these issues.

What is new and fixed in Battlefield 5 update 1.36 (Version 7.1)?

Weapons

  • m, no more.
  • K31/43 is no longer able to fire an extra bullet while switching firing modes
  • K31/43 no longer has accuracy issues
  • Welrod now properly has 6+1 magazine size and operates as open bolt
  • Fixed some instances where K31/43 sniper scopes had the German post crosshair instead of the correct Swiss crosshair.

HUD/UI

  • BF5 1.36 fixed an issue what would cause the soldiers models to not show in the frontend
  • Fixed the cosmetics that went missing with the previous update
  • Battlefield V update 1.36 fixed the Welrod Master Dogtag which had the incorrect icon

Maps/Modes

  • Provence – Players will no longer get stuck on top of the ammo box
  • Provence – The water on the map is no longer bulletproof
  • Twisted Steel – Frontlines – Removed the vehicles for the US team within the squad reinforcement menu
  • Outpost – Fixed an exploit that could give a team an unfair scoring advantage

  • General stability improvements
