Battlefield 2042 Update 1.32 Patch Notes (v4.1.1)

Battlefield 2042 Update 1.32 (v4.1.1) is available to download on PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Battlefield 2042 1.32 patch notes, the latest update adds All-Chat Functionality to BF2042. Apart from this, today’s Battlefield 2042 patch 1.32 (1.000.035) also includes Quality of Life improvements and fixes.

Previously, a major BF2042 update 4.0 added a new map(Flashpoint), a new specialist: Camila Blasco, a new vehicle: CAV-Brawler and more. Unfortunately, since the last BF2042 patch 4.1.0, players are facing various disconnection and login issues with the game. Today’s Battlefield 2042 version 1.32 will fix a few of these issues.

Chat Improvements

  • All-Chat functionality is now available. You can once again congratulate the other team for dancing on top of your downed body.
  • All-Chat will be turned off by default when this update goes live. If you wish to partake in friendly chatter with the opposing team then you’ll need to turn this feature on via Options > Display > HUD General > Chat Section.
  • Resolved an issue for console players that were unable to assign an input to Chat Visibility.
  • You will now be able to assign an input via Options > Controller > Edit Controller Mapping > Menu

General Improvements

  • Addressed a bug that resulted in the CAV-Brawler “Earthshaker” Vehicle Skin from interacting with world objects.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented some players from selecting equipment from the second and third Weapon Station / Pods within the Vehicles Collection Screen.
  • Addressed a bug that resulted in some players losing access to Irish’s APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel.
  • The Damage Dealt Statistic at the End-of-Round Screen was shown for players more often than intended, this has now been adjusted to its intended frequency.
