Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord update 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 (beta hotfix) are now available to download on PC (Steam). According to the official Bannerlord 1.6.2 patch notes, the latest update resolves various crashing issues. Apart from this, Bannerlord patch 1.6.1 also includes bug fixes and changes.
Previously, a big update was released with various bug fixes and changes. Unfortunately, since the release, players are facing several issues. Mount and Blade Bannerlord patch 1.6.2 will fix a few of these issues.

Singleplayer
Crashes
- Addressed a loading crash related to the education feature.
- Addressed a crash that occurred when mounted agents were routed.
Fixes
- Addressed a bug that added lords and ladies to another party after they were freed by the player (and Addressed save files affected by this issue).
- Addressed a bug that prevented tier 6 prisoners from being recruitable.
Multiplayer
Crashes
- Addressed a crash that occurred when displaying player names.
- Addressed a crash that occurred when logging in if the username contained specific characters.
- Addressed a crash related to multi-core network event creation.
Fixes
- The votekick option has been removed from Duel mode.
Changes
Balance Changes For Perks:
- Base Throwing Weapon damage increased from +10% to +15% for all Skirmishers.
- Voulgier
- Replaced Battle Joy perk with Veteran Perk
- +20% damage to Shields
- -10% Cutting damage taken
- -20% Melee damage taken (non-Captain modes)
- Replaced Battle Joy perk with Veteran Perk
- Spear Infantry
- Replaced Duelist Perk with Nimble Perk
- Grants Sword
- +5% Max Running Speed
- -15% Ranged damage taken
- Big Game Hunter bonus damage to mounts now only works with Piercing Weapons
- Replaced Duelist Perk with Nimble Perk
- Savage
- Replaced Battle Joy Perk with Blood Rage Perk
- +5% Damage per 20 HP Lost
- -12% Melee damage taken per 20 HP lost (-5% for Captain Mode)
