Atomic Heart update 1.16 (v1.9.2.0) is rolling out for PS4, PS5(version 1.016.000), PC, and Xbox. According to the official Atomic Heart 1.16 patch notes, the update introduces a new Annihilation Instinct DLC. The DLC offers a new area, weapons, enemies, and a time-manipulating ability, expanding the captivating world of the game. Apart from this, the Atomic Heart patch 1.16 (1.016) also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a major Atomic Heart update 1.12 added quality-of-life changes and fixes. Unfortunately, since the Atomic Heart day 1 patch, players are facing bugs and issues with the game. Today’s Atomic Heart 1.016 will fix a few of these issues.

Atomic Heart 1.16 Patch Notes (1.9.2.0) – August 2, 2023
- New Area: Explore the Mendeleev Complex and its surrounding swamps, a completely new area to dive deeper into the twisted, dystopian world of Atomic Heart.
- New Enemies: Encounter shape-shifting new enemies that will challenge your skills and wits.
- New Weapons: a. Secateur: A ranged weapon with 2 firing modes. b. Klusha: A melee weapon that can slash and pierce!
- New Ability: Enhance your polymeric glove with the new Technostasis ability, allowing you to manipulate time itself.
- DLC Launch: The Atomic Heart: Annihilation Instinct DLC is now available.
