Ark Survival Ascended update 1.078.044 (v78.44) is rolling out on PS5, PC, and Xbox. According to the official Ark Ascended 1.078.044 patch notes, the latest update brings minor tweaks and exploit fixes. Today’s Ark Survival Ascended PS5 version 1.078.044 also resolves game crashing issues.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue causing Gloon’s damage to be calculated incorrectly when not in weapon mode
- Increased the number of stacks required to reach Gloon’s maximum damage multiplier from 10 to 30 stacks
- Reduced Gloon’s Eyebeam cooldown from 10 seconds to 8 seconds
- Veilwyn are now blocked from evolving if you are already at max dinos instead of making the evolved dino wild.
- Fixed multiple exploits
Previously, a big ASA update 1.063.002 added 100 bug fixes for creatures, BattleRig, and Astraeos DLC, alongside performance optimizations and new QoL features. Unfortunately, since the last major patch, players have been experiencing several issues and error codes. Today’s Ark Ascended patch 1.078.044 will fix a few of these errors.
