Ark Survival Ascended (ASA) Update 1.046.002 Patch Notes

Ark Survival Ascended update 1.046.002 is available to download on PS5(46.3), PC and Xbox. According to the official Ark Ascended patch notes, the latest update introduces significant fixes and performance improvements, especially for The Center. Today’s Ark Survival Ascended PS5 version 1.046.002 also includes adjustments for Pyromane, server configurations, and stability fixes.

Previously, a big ASA update 1.043.005 added quality of life improvements. Unfortunately, since the last major patch, players have been experiencing several issues and error codes. Today’s Ark Ascended patch 1.046.002 will fix a few of these errors.

• Chibi Onyx: Fixed issue requiring DLC to equip.
• Session List: Fixed filtering issue with The Center selected from a saved setting.

  • Fixed grass differences on various platforms.
  • Addressed performance issues.
  • Polished foliage.
  • Fixed multiple mesh holes.
• Performance
  • Improved performance of Shastasaurus with a saddle.
• Morellatops: Can now fit through an open gate.
• Ceratosaurus: No longer knocks themselves back when attacking another Ceratosaurus.

• Pyromane:
  • Fixed mounting issue in kitten form.
  • Added minimum food requirement of 10 for fueling structures with fire source ability.
  • Scaled fire dash damage to 0.25 of melee damage.
  • Fixed attack capability while resting.
  • Fixed Fire Trail spawning when fleeing if doused.
• The Center: Fixed buildable world-border ceiling and walls.
• Server Config:
  • Added config for deletion of unintentional tamed creatures, preventing deployment from cryopods.
  • Unofficial servers: Add “ForceExploitedTameDeletion=true” to GameUserSetting.ini.
  • Added server argument for Pride themed colors on wild dinos.
  • Unofficial servers: Add “-PrideColors” to server command line.
• Stability: Fixed a server crash.
