According to the official Ark Ascended patch notes, the latest update brings Scorched Earth Ascended expansion. With six distinct biomes and innovative gameplay mechanics, Scorched Earth Ascended offers an exciting challenge for veteran ARK survivors and newcomers alike. - Craft Innovative Gear: Utilize scavenged resources to craft specialized gear and structures designed to withstand the desert’s extreme heat. From whips and boomerangs to flamethrowers and chainsaws, players must arm themselves for defense and survival.
Exciting Features and Content:
- Face Natural Disasters: Brave electrical storms, sandstorms, and heat strokes as you navigate the harsh landscape. Challenge the powerful Manticore boss by harnessing the Obelisks’ power.
- Unique Gameplay Mechanics: Experience a wild frontier where characters can only be brought over for the first 60 days, without the ability to transfer dinos or items onto the map. After this period, players gain full access to the expansion’s content.
