Apex Update 2.95 Patch Notes for PS4, PC and Xbox on September 25, 2025

Respawn has released a new Apex update 2.95 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official Apex 2.95 patch notes, the latest update fixes weapon, Legend, and pack issues. Today’s Apex version 2.95 also includes enhances HUD visuals and adds gameplay performance improvements.

Apex 2.95 Summary of Key Changes

  • Fixed Sentinel becoming unresponsive after the first shot.
  • Resolved Retro Packs progress bar visual error (tracking works correctly).
  • Fixed crash with Mad Maggie’s Wrecking Ball near doors.
  • Improved network connection, stability, and performance.
  • Adjusted HUD color correction for certain Legends.

Gameplay Updates

Auras

  • Fixed an issue where Auras did not show the correct rank in the lobby.

Legends – Mirage

  • Mirage now properly receives Evo Points when teammates activate their Class Perk Ability.

Vehicles – Trident

  • Boost input binding reverted to its pre-26.1 configuration.

  • Future update planned to adjust air brake input binding.

Weapons

  • Sentinel

    • Fixed an issue where the weapon became unresponsive after the first shot.

Packs

  • Retro Packs

    • Resolved a visual error with the progress bar.

    • Progress continues to track correctly in the backend.

    • Players will still receive chase rewards after opening the required packs.

Legends

  • Mirage

    • Fixed inconsistencies when receiving EVO from squadmates.

  • Wildcard

    • Updated interact prompt to match Battle Royale, preventing weapon reload blockage.

  • Mad Maggie

    • Fixed a crash caused when Wrecking Ball was thrown near a door.

UI & HUD

  • Adjusted color correction for certain Legend HUDs.
  • Added new notifications for previously granted gifts.

Performance & Stability

  • Addressed network connection improvements.
  • Improved overall gameplay stability.
  • Added general performance enhancements.
  • Other minor tweaks applied.

Previously, Apex Legends update 2.87 added Arenas: Duels, a limited-time 1v1 mode focused on raw gunplay with no abilities until July 15. Unfortunately, since the last Apex patch 2.67, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Apex patch 2.95 will fix a few of these issues.
