Apex Update 2.68 Patch Notes for PS4, PC & Xbox One

Respawn has released a new Apex update 2.68 for PS4, PC and Xbox consoles. According to the official Apex 2.68 patch notes, the latest update addresses multiple crash issues on PlayStation devices. Apart from this, today’s Apex version 2.68 also includes gameplay performance and stability improvements.

Bug Fixes

  • Addressed game crashing issues on PlayStation platforms.
  • Resolve a crash in custom matches.
  • Improved wait times for Predator ranked players.
  • Added general stability fixes.
  • Added gameplay performance improvements.
  • Other minor tweaks.

Recently Fixed

  • Reenable District in Knockout
  • Turn off Kill Replays in non-Mixtape modes.

Known Issues

General

  • Requeue functionality is currently not behaving as expected.

Weapons

  • The Havoc’s Mastery still incorrectly requires a Turbocharger Hop-Up to progress.

User Interface

  • Death Recap screen sometimes displays no information after watching a kill replay.
  • The friends list erroneously displays the player as their own friend.

Audio/Visual

  • Missing visual and sound effects when selecting Legends for allied players.

Legends

  • Occasionally, Alter’s tactical teleport animation is skipped during gameplay.

Previously, Apex Legends update 2.676 added a new Limited-Time Mode (LTM), Knockout, along with 36 event-themed items, including a Mythic melee item. Unfortunately, since the last Apex patch 2.67, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Apex patch 2.68 will fix a few of these issues.
