Apex Legends Update 2.55 Patch Notes (Version 1.000.069)

Apex Legends update 2.55 is availably on PS4, PS5(Version 1.000.069), PC, and Xbox. According to the official Apex Legends 2.55 patch notes, the latest update addresses several issues affecting gameplay. Apart from this, today’s Apex Legends version 2.55 (Version 1.000.069) also addressed visual glitches with water textures on Kings Canyon and World’s Edge for PS5.

Previously, Apex update 2.35 added new features and changes to the game. Recently, Apex version 2.36 was also released with minor tweaks. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Apex Legends patch 2.55 will fix a few of these issues.

  • Added stability fixes.
  • Added general game performance improvements.
  • Fixed some game crashing bugs.

The following changes were added previously.

  • Addressed an issue where The Final Ring didn’t close during Three Strikes matches on Storm Point
  • Fixed a bug preventing chaining cfg files via the +exec command during gameplay
  • Ash’s Common and Rare skins are now available for players to use
  • Wattson’s ult will no longer regenerate shields through walls
  • Fixed water textures flickering or appearing distorted on PS5 for Kings Canyon and World’s Edge
  • Loadouts in Control now provide the correct weapons
