Respawn has released a new Apex update 2.33 on PS4, PC, and Xbox. According to the official Apex 2.33 patch notes, the latest update introduces exciting limited-time content, including the Rev Shell ordnance and World’s Edge After Dark. Apart from this, today’s Apex version 2.33 also includes exclusive Apex skins and Fuse’s Razor’s Edge heirloom.
Previously, Apex update 2.31 added new features and changes to the game. Recently, Apex version 2.32 was also released with minor tweaks. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Apex patch 2.33 will fix a few of these issues.

Apex 2.33 Patch Notes
The Harbingers Collection Event
Living Shell Trios: A New Gameplay Element
- Introducing Rev Shell, a target-seeking grenade.
- Available for the full duration of the event from September 19 to October 3, 2023.
- Players can shoot the Rev Shell to trigger an early detonation.
World’s Edge After Dark: Map Variant
- Nighttime version of World’s Edge with darker tones.
- Features new POIs like Pain Yard and The Tree.
- Watch out for lava, a significant hazard on the map.
Limited-Time Cosmetics: Amp Up Your Style
- 24 limited-time cosmetics available.
- Legendary skins for characters like Fuse and Bloodhound.
- Items can be purchased with Apex Coins, Crafting Metals, or found in Harbingers Event Apex Packs.
Razor’s Edge: Fuse’s New Heirloom
- Unlock all limited-time items before the event ends to earn Fuse’s Razor’s Edge heirloom.
Reward Tracker: Earn More, Play More
- Earn up to 1,400 points per day.
- Daily challenge refresh.
- Complete skill-based goals to unlock unique Harbingers badges.

Recent Hotfix: September 6, 2023
- Guaranteed (%, per kill) Elimination Bonus has been raised across all skill levels
- Point disparity between teammates of vastly different skill has been reduced
Bug Fixes
- Digi-Threat now correctly highlights enemies through close proximity multi-layered FX
- Gold magazine and gold bolt now work after being killed by a dummy
- Level 1 accounts no longer appear as Champions in pubs

- Certain weapon sounds (such as Rampart’s mounted turret motor) now stop upon match end
- Finishers should no longer have doubled-up or missing audio

- Mad Maggie’s Warlord’s Ire now highlights Revenant when you hit his shroud
- Vantage’s Sniper’s Mark now applies when you hit his shroud
- Stun effects now apply when his ultimate is active
- No longer gets stuck in Shadow Pounce when activating the ability before landing from the dropship
- Apex 2.33 resolved animation canceling when using Shadow Pounce that allowed you to draw weapons early
- Apex patch 2.33 restored highlight from Assassin’s Instinct showing up in cases where enemies are visible but partially obstructed
- Stopped Shadow Pounce automatically deploying after climbing a ledge
QUALITY OF LIFE
- Bloodhound can see Revenant’s Forged Shadows activation point
- Firing Range Supply Boxes now sort weapons by type for easy access
