Respawn has released a new Apex Legends version 2.58 on PS4, PC, and Xbox. According to the official Apex Legends 2.58 patch notes, the latest update resolves some minor issues with the game. Apart from this, today’s Apex Legends update 2.58 also includes stability and performance improvements.
Previously, Apex Legends update 2.32 added new features and changes to the game. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Apex Legends patch 2.58 will fix a few of these issues.

Apex Legends 2.58 Patch Notes
- Fixed missing Legend poses on Banner Cards
- Enhanced interaction with Death Boxes while retrieving banners
- Fixed a crash related to rerolling Daily Challenges
- Improved Speech to Text functionality on PlayStation and Switch
The following changes were added previously.
- Names no longer incorrectly appear when in Anonymous mode
- Deaths outside the Ring now show in the kill feed
- Quips now display subtitles when selected in Banner menus
- Sound effects for Ash select animations
- Addressed a bug where button prompts may not appear on the summary/death screen, including the report button – but buttons still work.
- [Control] Addressed a bug where players are occasionally unable to spawn on any captured zones, besides the Dropship zone.
- Added general stability fixes.
- Added gameplay performance improvements.
- Cross Progression will be rolling out to in waves over the coming weeks. Please do not try to link/unlink your accounts to speed up the process, as that will not impact when you receive the cross-progression prompt.
- Addressed EAC error with Steam Deck/Linux
- Addressed a bug where some Damage Dealt challenges are not tracking or showing negative damage.
- Addressed bug where button prompts may not appear on summary/death screen, including report button – but buttons still work!
- Rev shell damage event challenge lowered from 1000 to 500
- Fixes for Switch graphics and performance
- Resolved an issue preventing battle pass upgrades
- Fixes for PC graphics related to the Dynamic Streaming Budget setting
