Apex Legends update 1.000.124 fixes loading screen clarity, Conduit’s passive visuals, and an Axle movement exploit. Today’s Apex patch 1.000.124 also resolves crashes, FPS drops and stability related issues.

Bug Fixes
- Updated the transition loading screen UI to better show when the game is still loading.
- Lowered the visual intensity of Conduit’s passive color overlay.
- Fixed an exploit that allowed players to use Axle’s movement for endless sliding.
- Addressed an issue where some graphics and brightness settings reset after relaunching Apex.
- Fixed gameplay performance and FPS drop issues.
- Addressed game crashing issues.
- Fixes a crash affecting Xbox Series consoles.
- Added general stability fixes.
- Other minor tweaks.
Known Issues
- Players respawned from beacons may return without a white backpack.
- Players respawned from deathboxes may lose weapon hop-ups.
- Xbox voice communications remain temporarily disabled while crash-related issues are investigated.
- FPS drops linked to certain CPUs are still under review.
- Players on Xbox platforms may be unable to purchase the Ultimate+ Battle Pass tier in-game. Purchasing through the Microsoft Store is currently recommended.
Previously, Apex Legends update 3.09 (Season 29) added Axle as a high-mobility Legend, introduces Deathbox Respawn for quicker team recovery, and implements Chain Healing to streamline combat sustain. Today’s Apex patch 1.000.124 will fix a few of these issues.
