Fixes and Stability Updates

  • Enhanced audio performance to reduce cases where sound fails to play.
  • Fixed an issue where Gibraltar’s arm shield blocked the player’s view while crouching.
  • Corrected Gibraltar’s shield visibility during the Dual Katana inspect animation.
  • Resolved a slowdown when sliding and using a Shield Cell with the Epyon Heat Rod equipped.
  • Restored missing sound effects for the Back Fire skydive trail.
  • Removed account badges granted due to inflated damage numbers from a recent Buster Rifle issue.

Legend Updates

Octane

  • Fast Reloads perk removed from the Daredevil kit.
  • Maximum duration extension for Stim Surge increased to 6 seconds within Daredevil.
  • Thick Skin health reduction lowered to -5 HP instead of -10 HP.

Previously, Apex Legends update 3.03 added Hardlight Mesh for breach-and-clear combat, major reworks for Fuse, Catalyst, and Bloodhound, shotgun buffs and marksman nerfs, backpack/knockdown shield overhaul, Ranked matchmaking adjustments, new Wildcard rotation, and a fully expanded Bot Royale Evolved mode. Unfortunately, players are still having issues with the game. Today’s Apex patch 1.000.121 will fix a few of these issues.
