Does 7 Days to Die Have Crossplay?
Unfortunately, 7 Days to Die does not currently support full crossplay across all platforms. However, there is limited crossplay support between some platforms.
Specifically, 7 Days to Die has PC/Mac and Linux crossplay. Players on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms can play together in the same multiplayer games.
The console versions of 7 Days to Die do not have crossplay of any kind. Xbox One and PS4 players cannot play with each other or PC players. The same goes for Xbox Series X/S and PS5 as they cannot crossplay with other platforms either.

Transferring Characters, Worlds, and Saves
In lieu of full crossplay, 7 Days to Die does allow transferring character data, saved worlds, and progression between PC platforms.
Using the Steam Cloud system or dedicated server backups, you can transfer PC saves between Windows, Mac, and Linux. This at least allows some flexibility for players swapping between devices.
However, transferring saves and data between console and PC is not supported. Your progression is locked to the platform type.
