112 Operator update (Oct 11, 2021) is now available to download on PC (Steam). According to the official 112 Operator patch notes, the latest update added the main changes to the game’s difficulty.

112 Operator Patch Notes – October 11, 2021
Rebalanced the promotion bonuses that were granted to the players. The player is going to receive fewer vehicles, while being given more money to make his own upgrade choices.
- Rebalanced personnel upkeep cost. The personnel cost at the later stages of the game should be noticeably lower now.
- Updated the reinforcement, now it is possible to send them directly to the incident’s scene.
- Addressed a bug with cursor behaviour when playing on fullscreen mode with a double monitor setup.
- Addressed a bug that caused an error when searching for smaller cities in South Korea.
