Windows 10 update KB4016871 and KB4019472 released with fixes

Microsoft is now rolling out its monthly updates for Windows 10 devices. The cumulative update KB4016871 build 15063.296(for Creators Update), KB4019472 build 14393.1198(for Anniversary Update), KB4019473 build 10586.916(for Threshold 2) and KB4019474 Build 10240.17394(for RTM) is now available for download.
